Luk Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away.
When you think of all of the things in life that have a tendency over time to fade away, the simple things like paint, clothing and even pictures, somehow they lose their luster.
Sometimes even relationships fade or diminish over time, this is why I have always been someone that cherishes and values friendships, there is nothing like a true friend, in fact, the bible says; Proverbs 17:17 A friend loveth at all times, what a truth that we have here.
Think about this, we have been given something that will NEVER fade, or ever change and that my friend is blessed Word of God.
We can rest assured that his Word will abide; it’s a comfort to us, a strength, a road map, a source of direction when we are wavering hopelessly, it’s unchanging, and for this we can be grateful.
Read the Word often and you’ll find the strength that you need and you’ll also find that it’s something that never fades away.
