Friend

• Pro 17:17  A friend loveth at all times;

Do you have a friend to pray with you?

To help get that prayer, you prayed through

One that would stand, close by your side

When the enemy comes, he won’t run and hide

A friend that knows you, yes when you’re down

But still don’t mind, coming around

He’ll call out your name to God, when you’re not around

Yes, this is a true friend, which you have found

He knows some of your weaknesses and your low times

But he never forgets and you’re on his mind

He’s been your friend, through the thick and thin

You can count on him, time and time again

He knows how you’ll respond and about what you’ll do

But can this ole friend, count on you?
