Two years ago today, I lost my sweet Mother after she had suffered with a long illness. I can certainly reflect and think about all of the memories that we have of our days gone by.
Mother was a great friend to my sweet wife Bobbi, but she was always "MOM".
Mom was a very jolly lady and sometimes in a kidding way, we would refer to her as "Jolly Jack".
Her name was Jackie, she was a very tender hearted individual and she really had a love for her family, children and of course she had a love for God.
We remember so many wonderful things about Mom today and we are so thankful for the blessing that she was to us.
In loving memory,
Frank & Bobbi

The noise of this world
Have you ever noticed, there are people that do a lot of talking and never really say anything?
Don't let the naysayers sway your thinking, God is a Miraculous working God!
There are those that don't believe in the healing Power of Jesus, if you're sick, you're just supposed to be that way, they say. If for some reason you get better, they say, you were "Lucky".
Real Christians don't even entertain "luck"! It's just NOT a part of my vocabulary. I shared something with a friend of mine recently concerning the word "luck"; it was a habit for him to use that word often, but I've noticed that after talking with him and explaining it to him, it's rare that I ever hear him even mention the word anymore.
We live in a noisy world! folks demand their right to be heard, but what about the voice of God! shouldn't we hear him? Trust me, he has so much more to say, and it's good!
Like the song, " I'll be somewhere listening ".

Taking careful AIM!
When you have the TRUTH of God's word, you are on target my friend, BULLSEYE! It's amazing when you see and hear the contrary, easy believism, or it really doesn't matter all that much! It does matter!! that's why God left us such perfect examples throughout his word for us to follow.
There are those that at one time really preached hard, NOT MEAN! but hard. There is a difference, I know we must love people and point them in the right direction and I have always found that they'll love you for it.
We live in a world where people are so hurt, confused, and headed in the wrong direction in their lives and they are looking for someone to tell them the truth in love.
Eph 4:15 But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ:
We can reach people with the TRUTH when we give it to them with LOVE. I have found that people really do want to know what's good for them, I have people that I am witnessing to tell me all the time " Tell me more!"
We're living in a lost and dying world without JESUS, I truly believe that people are hungry for the WORD because it's like manna, food for the hungry soul.
I'm going to continue to preach God's word without fear or favor and by this I know, I'll stay on TARGET!

Delighting thyself in the Lord
Psa 37:3 Trust in the LORD, and do good; so shalt thou dwell in the land, and verily thou shalt be fed.
Psa 37:4 Delight thyself also in the LORD; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.
The Word of God Teaches us in;
Isa 26:3 Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.
What a blessing to have this promise of peace, for keeping our minds on the things of God and for trusting in him.
We need to always delight our thinking on the peace that only God can give as he does to those that allow their minds to be satisfied with thoughts of him.
I want to bask in his peace and see the fulfillment of his promise working and blessing my life, so that I may bless others.

Happy Mother's Day!
Pro 31:1 The words of king Lemuel, the prophecy that his mother taught him.
Pro 31:2 What, my son? and what, the son of my womb? and what, the son of my vows?
Pro 31:3 Give not thy strength unto women, nor thy ways to that which destroyeth kings.
Pro 31:4 It is not for kings, O Lemuel, it is not for kings to drink wine; nor for princes strong drink:
Pro 31:5 Lest they drink, and forget the law, and pervert the judgment of any of the afflicted.
Pro 31:6 Give strong drink unto him that is ready to perish, and wine unto those that be of heavy hearts.
Pro 31:7 Let him drink, and forget his poverty, and remember his misery no more.
Pro 31:8 Open thy mouth for the dumb in the cause of all such as are appointed to destruction.
Pro 31:9 Open thy mouth, judge righteously, and plead the cause of the poor and needy.
Pro 31:10 Who can find a virtuous woman? for her price is far above rubies.
Pro 31:11 The heart of her husband doth safely trust in her, so that he shall have no need of spoil.
Pro 31:12 She will do him good and not evil all the days of her life.
Pro 31:13 She seeketh wool, and flax, and worketh willingly with her hands.
Pro 31:14 She is like the merchants' ships; she bringeth her food from afar.
Pro 31:15 She riseth also while it is yet night, and giveth meat to her household, and a portion to her maidens.
Pro 31:16 She considereth a field, and buyeth it: with the fruit of her hands she planteth a vineyard.
I certainly miss my Mother on this day and I am thankful for having her for so many years.

Take Heed to the Warning Signs!
Everybody should know what this means when you see them in your rearview mirror;
( Pull Over! )
Could it be that God is trying to get your attention and trying to get you to just simply pull over?
Perhaps he's just wanting to give you a warning concerning something going on in your life!
There are times along life's way we just simply don't heed the warning signs and sometimes we just need to be curbed.
Don't disregard the warning signs in your life, they are there for a reason!
1Cor. 10:12
Wherefore let him that thinketh he standeth take heed lest he fall.

Is the National Day Of Prayer
2Ch 7:14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.
Please join us as we pray for God to have his way in the hearts of the men and women of this world, that we may see the blessings of God upon us.
It's in Jesus where we put our Trust!

Instability brings turmoil
Definition of UNSTABLE: not stable : not firm or fixed : not
constant
a : not steady in action or movement : irregular - unstable
b : wavering in purpose or intent : Vacillating
c : lacking steadiness : apt to move, sway, or fall unstable
by movement
d : liable to change or cause quick alteration
James 1:8
a double minded man
is unstable ALL his ways.
The bible is so emphatic concerning being unstable or having
instability in ones life.
I have known people that constantly move from place to
place, they stay in one place for a little while, then they're moving off to
somewhere else, sometimes it's a home or a job, and then there are times that
it's even a church.
They are just never satisfied, oh! maybe for a while, but
then they are off to the next place.
One of the things that I have always been thankful for, is
being content, wherever I'm at, it tends to bring strength to the task at hand.
OH Yes! there are times that one must move on, but is there
a viable reason for doing so?
I knew a man once that was actually a minister, and a really
great guy, of course he was young and vibrant and had a lot of zeal, but he was
so unstable, he would continuously move from one church to another and he would
of course in the process move his family.
Even when he Pastored, he would move his church family from
one building to another and this began to cause the entire congregation to
become unsettled and as a result, he never knew growth, in fact, today he
doesn't even serve God, one other sad thing, is that he even lost his family.
People have a tendency to watch the things that we do and
how we conduct ourselves in a given situation, this many times is one of the
very things that will draw people to us, or yes! away from us.
I want to always have a godly direction in my life so that I
am always where God wants me to be and to be the light that he wants me to be
also.
I'm not looking to be a floating lighthouse, simply because,
it does not have the constant ability to give direction with purpose in a time
of trouble.
Thanking God for that Constant Stability in my life.
1Co 15:58 Therefore,
my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work
of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.
Isa 22:23 And I will fasten him as a nail in a sure
place; and he shall be for a glorious throne to his father's house.

Isa 9:6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.
Mat 1:21 And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.
When you think of a Name, you think of the representation of what that name really stands for.
Many times just the mention of a name can tell us a lot. We know that there is authority in a name when that names is spoken.
So it is, when the Name of Jesus is spoken! There is such Authority in that name and by just the mention of that name the things of this world are subject to the very power thereof.
Think about it, there's Healing in that name, Victory, Peace, Joy, and most of all Salvation!!
Walk in the POWER of that Name and your life will be blessed beyond your comprehension.

Are we able to live for God and NOT try to make excuses
for not doing the things that we know we should be doing?
Can we be a people that are willing to take responsibility
in our lives that will bring GLORY to God because we have NOT allowed the excuses to consume our lives.
Can we take responsibility to fix the things that we know are not right, instead of being the first to offer an excuse?
This world is looking for someone who is different, not just in the words that they speak, but in the actions that they take, and that theses actions are those that exemplify the true meaning of a person who is (a christian) Christ like.
Let's be on the excuse WATCH
and not make excuses of any kind for any reason.
Our lives will be more powerful as a
witness to those that are lost!

Where he leads me...will I follow?
There is something to be said about being in the center of God's will. What a feeling one gets when you have the assurance that you are where you are supposed to be.
There is a terrible feeling when one begins to realize that they are NOT where they need to be, many times it's too late; then again, it could also be a time to shake yourself.
This is just one of the reasons why it is so important to be prayerful and to ask God for his guidance in our lives in everything that we are doing, regardless of what it is. I refuse to live a life outside of the willingness to follow after God's leadership. What a comfort that comes to an individual that knows he or she is following the will of God for their lives. God has a will for every person that will simply yield themselves to him.
David of old said it like this in; Psa 23:
Psa 23:2 He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.
Psa 23:3 He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.
Psa 23:4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.
Psa 23:5 Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.
Psa 23:6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.
Trust the Lord and let him lead and guide your life, I know that you'll be glad you did.

How much time do you have?
Just how smart do you have to be to understand that this world is just about over?
I know you may think there's still time and many even think that time is your friend, when in fact, time is your enemy!
You see, the older you become, the more set in your ways you become. The more you allow procrastination to become your friend the more chances are you will never do any more than what you are doing right now.
People have grown accustomed to putting things off, then after a while, it's really not important any longer.
2Co 6:2 (For he saith, I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have I succoured thee: behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.)
God even warns throughout his word today is the day!
Think about about this, how much time is left is your hour glass? today is the day my friend!
As the song says, "turn your eyes upon Jesus, look FULL into his wonderful face".

The fulfilment of it ALL!
Even from a very young age so many have learned to quote this passage of scripture from memory, almost at the spur of the moment.
This is probably by far one of the most memorized portions of the bible there has ever been.
Children have even used this as a bedtime prayer.
It certainly brings comfort to those that read it, or even to those that hear it quoted.
As I have gotten older, whenever I think of this first verse, I sometimes find myself saying it like this, " The LORD is my Shepherd; he's ALL I want".
Think about it, if you have the LORD what else do you need? For he alone is the fulfilment of anything that is lacking, regardless of what it is! Trust him my friend!

Nothing left to say...
As I was reading the 3rd Book of John today, I began to notice in the 14 verses that Jesus was never mentioned by name, not even once, then it occurred to me, if you're not talking about JESUS there's really not much to say is there?
I hope we get the true message. :-)

3Jo 1:1 The elder unto the wellbeloved Gaius, whom I love in the truth.
3Jo 1:2 Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.

3Jo 1:4 I have no greater joy than to hear that my children walk in truth.

3Jo 1:6 Which have borne witness of thy charity before the church: whom if thou bring forward on their journey after a godly sort, thou shalt do well:
3Jo 1:7 Because that for his name's sake they went forth, taking nothing of the Gentiles.
3Jo 1:8 We therefore ought to receive such, that we might be fellowhelpers to the truth.

3Jo 1:10 Wherefore, if I come, I will remember his deeds which he doeth, prating against us with malicious words: and not content therewith, neither doth he himself receive the brethren, and forbiddeth them that would, and casteth them out of the church.
3Jo 1:11 Beloved, follow not that which is evil, but that which is good. He that doeth good is of God: but he that doeth evil hath not seen God.
3Jo 1:12 Demetrius hath good report of all men, and of the truth itself: yea, and we also bear record; and ye know that our record is true.

The Mantle or overshadowing of the presence of God.
The placing of the mantle upon those who desire the benefit thereof.
Whenever I think of the putting on of the mantle, I am always taken back to the old testament story in the book of;
2Ki 2:13 He took up also the mantle of Elijah that fell from him, and went back, and stood by the bank of Jordan;
This story tells us of some great things that the Man of God did after receiving this mantle and having the desire in his heart to have it and the power or the blessing that was also associated with having it. It was a special piece of clothing or a garment that had significant value and representation. Keep in mind, it was NOT the cloth itself, but what it meant and it's ability to fulfill what God himself desired.
It was representative of the very Power of God! It did not come without price, it wasn't just a piece of cloth, but it had the significance like nothing else. This is one of the reasons why Elisha desired to have it when his master was taken away from him.
If I may use a personal example: I am so thankful for the Anointing of God that I am able to walk in during those times that I begin to minister the Word of God under the very power of God that he choses to send down upon his servant to bring forth a message to a people that are hungry to hear thus saith the Lord.
This is also why one is not able to just "muster" it up, as the saying goes, you don't fabricate the Anointing of God or the Mantle that he choses to send. That is why I take it so seriously!
Somebody asked me the other day if I still get a little uneasy when I preach, my answer was this, even after over three decades of Ministering the word of God, Yes! I still get a little uneasy, because I know, that if God doesn't do the work, it just won't get done! I know that I am not able to do it without him.
But what a feeling when the Holy Ghost begins to minister through the vessel that has allowed God to work through. Oh! what JOY!!
In this same understanding, when you have been overwhelmed with the pressures of life, or the battles that come to try and wear you out, there is a mantle that we are able to put on that gives us the blessing of praise in the midst of these types of trials.
Isa 61:3 To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that he might be glorified.
If you're feeling like the battle that you're facing is more than you can bare, you need to ask God to give you that garment of praise that you may rejoice and claim the victory that God himself desires for us as his children to walk in.
Speaking of garments, we are to walk in the victory that God has given to us through the price he paid.
These next few verses also helps us to understand that there is another putting on of Christ that has tremendous value to us as christians.
Gal 3:26 For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.
Gal 3:27 For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ.
Gal 3:28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.
Gal 3:29 And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise.
I want to forever enjoy the putting on of the mantle that God desires for us to walk in and to feel that precious power that he has given to them that will trust him in their lives.
Praying with you in mind,
Ev. Frank Mc Gee ~

Ole Friends!
In this path of life, I am convinced that God allows us to come in contact with people for a specific reason.
Nearly 40 years ago when my wife and I were Pastoring in a small town in Kentucky we had a neighboring Pastor that we became friends with while we were there.
In fact, there was an occasion where we even preached for each other, we became friends, prayer partners, even had dinner together and many times we would enjoy our times together just discussing the Good Word of God. Then the time came that we moved away to another city, and so did he.
Our friendship became a parting of our ways, sad to say we lost touch with one another, almost 3 decades have slipped by not having one word with this ole preacher friend, we had become what I will call, let's just say, "long lost friends".
Down through the years not knowing whatever happened to this precious man, I would still pray for him when he would cross my mind. There were even times when I would travel through the town where we once lived on my way to a revival or to see relatives and I was reminded of him and not knowing where he had moved off to I would still call his name out in prayer.
I was reminded of the kindness that we received from him and his precious wife.
Talking with another dear friend of mine here just a few days ago about a computer problem that I have been having, he made arrangements to put me in contact with a close friend of his that works on computers, now this guy is sorta like a genius on these computer issues and he is also a fine christian man.
We worked for several hours over the phone trying to resolve my PC issues, during this time we are of course exchanging stories of what we have each done over the years of our lives and we were having an enjoyable conversation and all the while trying to resolve my computer headache.
We start talking about places that we have lived, different jobs we have had over the years, and then we talked about this town in Kentucky where I use to live, he at one time had a business that would take him to that same town periodically.
Now keep in mind, this gentleman now lives a couple hundred miles from that town that I'm referring to, as he is talking he begins to mention his church that he attends, one thing leads to another in our conversation, all of a sudden I stop him! and I mention to him a name, he says YES! That's my Pastor!
Well!! Guess what? ...I found my ole "long lost friend", I was so excited when he gave me his phone number so that I could call him and I did that very thing tonight, you talk about a surprise! I talked to him for a while on the phone even before I told him who I was, then I mentioned my name and he knew me immediately!
I thank God that he allowed our paths to cross nearly 40 years ago, but even happier, that he allowed us to re-connect over the many years that have now gone by.
You know what else I'm thankful for? it wasn't one of those things where he or I dreaded the re-connect, like somebody that you had hard feeling against, or somebody that you owed money to and never paid them, and when you saw them you had to try and dodge them or disguise yourself or perhaps look the other way.
He and I are both looking forward to the opportunity that we will have to enjoy a much longer reunion to reminisce when our schedules permit.
Oh! By the way! This Computer Genius that lead me to this man I just told you about, well, in our discussion, I also found out that he knows people that my wife knew back in her childhood over in Eastern Kentucky, now I know what you're thinking! " Ain't this a small world?".
Let me say this, be nice to folks that God allows to cross your path in this life, you may meet them again somewhere here down the road. Who knows! If you're a christian and they are likewise, if not here, you certainly want to meet them in Heaven!
One more thing, this preacher and I that I'm talking about, we're really not that OLD, that's why I said "ole" not old!
Live for God like there's no tomorrow, because you're tomorrow could start today.
Praying with you in mind,
Ev. Frank Mc Gee ~

with all thy heart...
Mar 12:30 And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment.
When we really care about something, we usually give it all we've got! We are commanded by God in his word to love him wholeheartedly, meaning, leaving nothing back. Why is it, that many times we are so willing to put out all effort in somethings, but hold back in other important areas of our lives?
God loved us so much that he gave himself for us, holding nothing back, he surrendered ALL.
I've heard people say, talking about Jesus, that they took his life, but that is NOT true at all. He gave his life for us that will allow what he did to benefit us when it comes to Salvation.
Salvation doesn't simply come to everyone, but only to those that will receive it.
This is one of the very reason he instructed us to love him in return, holding nothing back.
I'm reminded of the old song, "I surrender all"
Judson W. Van DeVenter (1855-1939) was raised in a Christian
home. At age 17, he accepted Jesus as his Savior. He graduated university with
a degree in art and was employed successfully as a teacher and administrator of
high school art. He traveled extensively, visiting the various art galleries
throughout Europe .
Van DeVenter also studied and taught music. He mastered 13
different instruments, sang and composed music. He was very involved in the
music ministry of his Methodist Episcopal church and eventually found himself
torn between his successful teaching career and his desire to be a part of an
evangelistic team. This struggle within himself lasted for almost five years.
In 1896, Van DeVenter was conducting the music of a church
event. It was during these meetings that he finally surrendered his desires
completely to God -- He made the decision to become a full-time evangelist. As
he submitted completely to the will of his Lord, a song was born in his heart.
I Surrender All was put to music by Winfield S. Weeden
(1847-1908 ), who published this and many other hymns in several volumes.
Weeden so loved this song that the words I Surrender All were put on his
tombstone.
The words and melody of I Surrender All have appeared in
many hymn books around the world.
I Surrender All
All to Jesus, I surrender;
All to Him I freely give;
I will ever love and trust Him
, In His presence daily live.
Refrain:
I surrender all, I surrender all,
All to Thee, my bless'd Savior,
I surrender all.
All to Jesus I surrender;
Humbly at His feet I bow,
Worldly pleasures all forsaken;
Take me, Jesus, take me now.
Refrain
All to Jesus, I surrender;
Make me, Savior, wholly Thine;
Let me feel the Holy Spirit,
Truly know that Thou art mine.
Refrain
All to Jesus, I surrender;
Lord, I give myself to Thee;
Fill me with Thy love and power;
Let Thy blessing fall on me.
Refrain
All to Jesus I surrender;
Now I feel the sacred flame.
O the joy of full salvation!
Refrain

Does it really matter what people think?
We've all heard it said, "I don't care what people think!". Well! the truth of the matter is, "We really should!". Especially, if we call ourselves Christians.
We live in a world of compromise, and many times, it's compromising on the wrong things.
When someone should really be standing their ground on an issue that really matters in the grand scheme of things, what do they do? yes, they give in, but then, just the opposite happens, they won't budge when it comes to other areas of life that are just not all that meaningful.
I know we can't go out and change the whole world, but we can certainly change our world around us individually!
If we live our lives and don't care what people think, we may be the only one that is impacted by that kind of selfish mindset.
As Christians we should really strive to make people like us. The bible teaches us in:
Pro 18:24 A man that hath friends must shew himself friendly:
Perhaps the challenge is this, let us be mindful and work at what people think about us, and in our own world we can make a difference and then realize, it really does matter, "what people think".

The Hallway of Praise!
Sometimes you wonder, just WHEN will it happen?
Gal 6:9 And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.
Just stay with the task my friend, victory is coming!

Sometimes our lives feel like a puzzle.
We have all had times in our lives where we felt like we were just trying to find all the pieces, and then once we find them we ask, where do they all fit?
We deal with so many various situations in life, we wonder if, or how, it will all come together.
Here's what I have found, when we surrender all things to God, he knows how to put our lives back together, many times he's just waiting for us to let go and let God!
I've watched the lives of individuals that were in utter
chaos (a state of utter confusion) and once they gave their lives over to the
Lord, he began to put all of the pieces together so they made sense.
3Jo 1:2 Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.
You can begin to see in the verse above, that we have it on good authority, that God wants the best for each and everyone of us.
The key, is turning our lives completely over to him and letting him put the pieces of our lives where they belong.
He has done it for others, he will do it for you!

Seven things you will never regret!
- Showing kindness to another person.
- Saying "I'm sorry" when you've hurt someone.
- Refusing to destroy someone's reputation through gossip.
- Refusing that is wrong.
- Doing something that is right.
- Giving honor to your parents.
- Giving God the priority he deserves.
Obviously, the list could go on and on!
But doesn't it just make you feel good when you have accomplished things that you absolutely know are good and right things to do?
Having done some motivational speaking in the past, one of the things that I have taught and enjoyed doing was this, teaching people how to be kind on "purpose".
Almost making a game out of it!
Like, purposely letting someone getting in front of you in line, NOT because you weren't ready, but because you just wanted to show kindness on "purpose"!
Here's one we use to just love doing, driving through a TOLL BOOTH on the highway and paying the toll for the person behind you, and not even knowing them.
They would just drive past you and start waving and probably asking themselves, " do I know them?".
Or paying for someone's meal in a restaurant and telling the waitress/waiter not to tell them who it was.
A principle that I have lived by and have taught to many down through the years is this, " we only get to keep, what we give away!".
Let's be kind on PURPOSE! not just because it's the right thing to do.

Lord, lay some soul upon my heart,
Recently,
I was attending one of our home church services, and the question was asked, of all of the prayers you've prayed
this past week, would any of them cause somebody to be saved? WOW!
What a sobering thought.
The
truth is, if we will use this moment to be honest with ourselves, we pray many prayers through the course of the week (if some pray at all) asking God to do various things in our lives, but do we ask God to save lost souls?
This has become a greater challenge in my own heart, because I certainly don't want to be guilty of forgetting about those that are lost. Especially as a minister of the gospel.
Do I pray for the lost? Yes, but my commitment is to intensify my prayers that I might not only pray in order to be able to say that I did, but to pray with such a diligence that I will see results as the fruit of my labor.
The Scripture teaches us in:
Pro 11:30 The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life; and he that winneth souls is wise.
I want to be (wise) a soul winner, whether that be through personal contact or through the act of fervent prayer for the lost.
I remember a chorus that we use to sing when I first got in church many years ago, you don't hear it much anymore, sad to say, but I want it to be not only a song to sing, but the cry of my heart.
I've included the words to the song below, I hope it gets a hold of you as it has me, just think, if it does, what a difference it will make for the kingdom of God.
Lord! Lay some soul upon my heart, and let me (Frank Mc Gee) do my part, to win that soul to thee.

Lord,
lay some soul upon my heart,
And love that soul through me;
And
may I bravely do my part
To win that soul for Thee.
And
when I enter your beautiful kingdom
and
the saved all around me appear,
I'd
like to hear somebody say
it
was You who invited me here.
Some
soul for Thee, some soul for Thee,
This is my earnest plea;
Help
me each day, on life’s highway,
To win some soul for Thee.
Lord,
lead me to some soul in sin,
And grant that I may be
Endued
with power and love to win
That soul, dear Lord, for Thee.
To
win that soul for Thee, my Lord,
Will be my constant prayer;
That
when I’ve won Thy full reward
I’ll with that dear one share.
May God Richly Bless You!

Spring forward in time, but only 1 hour!
Here is your reminder!
It's that "Time" again, we spring forward one hour tonight.
Psa 115:18 But we will bless the LORD from this time forth and for evermore. Praise the LORD.
It's that "Time" again, we spring forward one hour tonight.
Psa 115:18 But we will bless the LORD from this time forth and for evermore. Praise the LORD.
The word "Time" appears over 600 times in the Bible, just think, there will come a day when "time" shall be no more.
It's hard for us that live by the clock on a daily basis to even imagine NO MORE TIME! It's difficult to comprehend when you've grown accustom to living by it for so long. Along with the absence of time, there will be no more tears, death, sorrow, crying or pain, it will all vanish with time!
There's a longing in the hearts of the children of God for that day, and friend that day shall surely come. Figure this out... and then, "won't we have a time, when we get over yonder?" ...I told you it's difficult to comprehend!
Rev 21:4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
May God richly bless you as you live for him.

Casting out FEAR!
Eph 6:10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.
1Jo 4:18 There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love.
Greetings to my blog readers! You know the enemy of our soul tries his best to laden us with fear, doubt and unbelief. The feeling of impossibility, but according to the scriptures above, they give us good instruction not to even consider these things.
You may be facing a battle today in your life as so many are, but friend of mine, you can be victorious in Jesus by trusting in him and walking in the POWER of HIS might.
We pray continuously for those of you that read our blog and I am trusting God with you, that you will be victorious and encouraged in the Lord!
Recently, I was ministering on the subject of FEAR, as I was preaching, I began to break the word fear down into the acronym F.E.A.R.
F= False
E= Evidence
A= Appreaing
R= Real
You see, many times in our lives the enemy wants to bring things against us that are first of all FALSE, he does this by trying to produce Evidence that only APPEARS to be REAL, but when we as Christians do according as to how we've been instructed, by repenting and putting things under the BLOOD of Jesus my friend, they are gone!
Take courage my friend! let the word of God be a strength to you THIS DAY!

Turning the page on a New Day
Have you ever known somebody that just seemed like no matter what, they just couldn't get it all together?
Try as they may, they fall again and again. We've all known people like this at one time or another, or maybe it's you! Maybe you feel like, if I only had another chance, I'd do things different this time.
...A fresh start would be good!
...A fresh start would be good!
You know the beautiful thing about that very thought, sometimes you just have to give that chance to yourself. Sometimes after falling, you just need to pick yourself up, brush yourself off and go after it again. Just think, as you work at it and you've finally come to realize, it's now or never, sometimes that's all it takes.
We are all prone to mistakes, interestingly enough, when it comes to NOT making mistakes, nobody has the corner on the market! The idea is to get back up and determine in your heart that you're going to do better. You might say," So you think it's that easy huh?
Well! maybe not easy, but it's a start, and guess what? it's a new one, it's FRESH! It's an opportunity to show those around you that you really can be what you need to be, and what strength you can get from just being willing to give yourself that chance.
I heard a story the other day and wanted to share it with my readers.
A story was told about how after Thomas Edison's team had finished working twenty-four hours to produce a particular light bulb; a young assistant was given the task of carrying the bulb up a flight of stairs for testing.
The young assistant unfortunately dropped the bulb as he nervously climbed the steps. Another twenty-four hours was required for the team to produce an identical bulb. When the time came for the replacement bulb to be carried up the stairs, Edison assigned the task to the young assistant who had earlier failed. Edison would not allow him to remain a failure.
No doubt about it; we all need second, third, and at times even more chances. Thank God, he gives them. We should too.
I hope this story gets a hold of your heart and allows you to give that chance to someone, even if they have failed before or perhaps, even if that someone is you!
I'm praying with you in mind,
Ev. Frank Mc Gee ~
